Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
Condition
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, clothing and accessories must be unworn except for trying on, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition, with attached tags where supplied. Include order details and original packaging where practical.
Starting a Return
Email service@kindwoven.com with your order number, item, and reason. Include photos for product problems where useful. Obtain return instructions before mailing anything; do not assume the business address accepts returns.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers cover shipping for preference-based returns, including choosing an unsuitable size when accurate sizing information was supplied. For defects, incorrect items, missing contents, or material description errors attributable to us, we will arrange an appropriate remedy without additional error-related costs to you.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection, approved refunds generally take 5–10 business days to process to the original payment method. Your provider may need additional posting time.
Cancellation
Contact us before fulfillment begins. Cancellation is not guaranteed afterward; successful pre-fulfillment cancellations have no cancellation fee.
These conditions do not restrict mandatory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
